What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 12 noon. If you need flexible schedules, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to help you.
If I arrive after 8 pm, how can I get into the apartment?
In case of arriving outside reception hours (9-14h and 16-20h) there is no problem, please contact reception the same day of arrival and we will arrange a late check in.
Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?
The apartments are fully equipped, towels and bed linen are included.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, and at no extra cost. You can bring up to a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Just let us know when you make the reservation.
How to get to the ski resort from the aparthotel?
The station is 14km from the Aparthotel Nou Vielha. Follow the signs to Baqueira. There is a bus that connects Vielha with Baqueira. The bus stop is right in front of the Aparthotel.
Is it possible to add extra beds in the rooms?
Extra beds cannot be added. The maximum capacity per apartment is 4 persons. The beds available are a double bed or two single beds in the bedroom (upon request and availability upon arrival) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living/dining room.
Are there parking spaces?
Yes, we have private parking in the Aparthotel with direct access to the apartments. Ask at reception for availability and prices. Reservation is required.
Are there ski lockers?
Yes, there are ski lockers in the basement. Ask at the reception desk.
